The Central Pacific region is distinguished by the abrupt meeting of half a dozen small mountain ranges with the Pacific Ocean to their south.
Starting from sea level, we are going up to the central pacific mountains covered in pristine jungle. We will explore everything the rainforest from the central pacific area has to offer including very nice waterfalls that are located around the area.
If you come to Costa Rica, we recommend eating a Casado, that is going to be our lunch, this typical meal is packed with carbs that will provide the energy to continue with our journey through trails a bit more flowy and some others more technical, these will take us back to Jaco Beach, one the most popular beach towns in the Central Pacific.
