This tour will take you from the central valley, through the Costa Rica Central Mountain range towards the pacific coast, this is truly “the whole package”
Day 1:
Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Welcome and briefing.
Day 2:
We will venture trough some of the most popular trails amongst local endurists on the southwest mountains surrounding San Jose to get familiar with the bikes and the terrain, at the end of the day we will reach our destination where we will find accommodations on the rain forest with a magical view of the central valley.
One of the things that make the difference of riding with us is that we have local guides that know the area like the back of their hands.
At the end of the day because of the altitude (5,900 ft.) expect cool weather (60 to 70 F).
Day 3:
The Pacific coast awaits, prepare for an unforgettable ride on the mountains until we reach the most popular beaches of the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. We will drive across many small creeks, rivers, technical trails that will enchant anybody that has the “endurist” passion. Around midday we will do a pit stop at Santa Marta, Puriscal where we will have a typical Costa Rica lunch full of carbs to re fuel.
After the much-deserved lunch, we will introduce ourselves in one of the top areas for off-road biking in Costa Rica; full of natural obstacles, curvy roads, springs and more fun mountain trails.
Day 4:
Me time! We have a few options for your selection depending on your definition of relaxation:
- Zipline
- Manuel Antonio National Park
- Crocodile Mangrove
- Horseback riding
- Surfing
Day 5:
Ready for some killer Enduro riding? You better be! Is our last day, so we will make the most out of it in our head back to San Jose. We will start going up the mountain to “El Diablo” this trail has been used for the Costa Rica Enduro National Championship. After lunch two technical enduro trails options are waiting for us “Panzas” or “El Codo” but none of those will be conquered without a fight.
Day 6:
Transfer from the Hotel to the Airport.
